Steps
We follow a simple approach to facilitate the timely delivery of test kits and patient samples and accelerate infection control.
01. Order
Fill in our Service Request form to place an order for test kits, shipping requests, and other material you may require
02. Shipping
We will immediately send you specimen collection kits, instructions on how to use them, and prepaid express overnight courier envelopes with return labels.
03. Pickup Service
Once the provider collects the specimens, we will facilitate pickup to get samples delivered to our Diagnostics Laboratory.
04. Analyze
We will quickly analyze the sample and send you the test results within 24-48 hours after receipt by laboratory.
